Program nature and tax classification

  • The program consists of the Participant making advertising space available — placing the organizer's advertising materials (link, code, or banner) in the Participant's own channels, profiles, or services (e.g. bio, description, website, server, social media). Participation is entirely voluntary, with no minimum activity thresholds and no service agreement of any kind.
  • Compensation is paid for making advertising space available and is settled on a performance basis — based on the number of confirmed installs generated from the advertising materials placed by the Participant. It does not constitute remuneration for an intermediation service or for referring third parties.
  • This income constitutes income from the source referred to in Art. 10(1)(6) of the Polish Personal Income Tax Act of 26 July 1991 (rental, lease, or an agreement of a similar nature), provided it is not earned within the Participant's business activity.
  • The organizer does not act as a tax withholder and has no obligation to calculate, withhold, or remit tax, nor any information obligations (in particular PIT-11 and PIT-8C). Each Participant settles this income themselves (e.g. lump-sum registered tax, PIT-28 return).
  • Compensation is paid as a gross amount. By placing the organizer's advertising materials and requesting a payout, the Participant declares that they have made advertising space available in their own channels and that they settle any tax due themselves.
  • Each payout request is logged electronically with a date, Discord account ID, and system event ID.
